We are looking for a Product Strategy & Systems Lead to help structure and scale how our CRM systems, workflows, and communication processes operate across both internal teams and client environments.
This role will focus on building consistent, repeatable systems that align with real dealership operations, while also supporting the integration of automation and AI across texting, email, and follow-up.
The Product Strategy & Systems Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing CRM workflows, communication strategies, and system configurations that support scalable, consistent execution across all clients.
This role will focus on optimizing system structure, improving workflow reliability, and ensuring all processes align with dealership operations, while supporting the thoughtful integration of automation and AI into customer engagement.
