InFocus Solutions works directly within dealership operations to support lead management, customer communication, and appointment setting across sales and service. We are looking for a Product Strategy & Systems Lead to help structure and scale how our CRM systems, workflows, and communication processes operate across both internal teams and client environments.

This role will focus on building consistent, repeatable systems that align with real dealership operations, while also supporting the integration of automation and AI across texting, email, and follow-up.

Position Overview

The Product Strategy & Systems Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing CRM workflows, communication strategies, and system configurations that support scalable, consistent execution across all clients.

This role will focus on optimizing system structure, improving workflow reliability, and ensuring all processes align with dealership operations, while supporting the thoughtful integration of automation and AI into customer engagement.

What You’ll Own

  • Build and standardize CRM workflows, communication strategies, and engagement processes across clients
  • Lead system design and configuration for both internal teams and dealership environments
  • Own CRM setup and structure, including data imports, mapping, validation, and configuration
  • Identify where automation and AI should be applied—and where it shouldn’t
  • Help integrate AI into texting, email, and follow-up in a way that supports real BDC workflows
  • Validate all workflows, campaigns, and system setups before launch
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns in workflows, data, and system behavior
  • Work closely with platforms like Volie and CRM providers to ensure alignment
  • Create repeatable, scalable systems that can be deployed across multiple clients
  • Document how things actually work—not how they’re supposed to work
