We are looking for an experienced and motivated Account Lead serving as the primary point of accountability for assigned dealership accounts. This position blends leadership, performance management, coaching, and client-facing responsibility. You’ll work closely with agents and leadership to ensure high-quality execution, strong KPIs, and client satisfaction.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong BDC experience who’s ready to step into a leadership-focused position.
Prior BDC or call-center leadership experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
Comfortable coaching, auditing, and holding others accountable.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Tech-savvy and confident working across multiple systems.
This role begins with a 30-day trial period to evaluate performance, client satisfaction, and overall fit. A formal review will be conducted at the end of the trial period.
